About
Tanium undertook the CPR-a-thon challenge in 2022 in memory of our sadly departed colleague Angela Davies who passed away from an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, she was just 41.
A cardiac arrest is when the heart suddenly stops pumping blood around the body and causes someone to stop breathing and collapse. Early intervention of CPR and defibrillation can drastically change the chances of survival.
As part of our #TaniumGivesBack efforts, and with the support of South Central Ambulance Charity, we want to go bigger and better in 2024, training more staff on CPR and Basic Life Support and engaging our local community in Green Park & Reading on the need for bystander support when people need it most, whilst raising vital funds.
THE BIG CHALLENGE, CPR-A-THON
